For a second I thought someone had stolen the sprites from Soulshift, then I checked the username . . .
I like how this continues the same basic moveset and artstyle from Soulshift but in a platformer this time . . . and my goodness, the controls and platforming actually handle very nicely. I love that you can stop mid-air by releasing A or D, how you can hold W to jump repeatedly (finally! another person who does that!) and how you can use WD to aim your attacks. The enemy designs are great and their behavior is easy to learn, though their movement can get a little buggy and sometimes they can basically stunlock you if they hit you into a wall repeatedly . . . but anyways the final boss fight is cool, and I won’t spoil it, but it switches up the way you fight in a fun way.
