Thanks for your kind words, I'm really glad you got such feelings from my submission!
Beam cookers, nullstaves, and prism swords are exactly that, my attempt to bring something new, while leaving them open for interpretation. Are the beam cookers simple laser rifles, or microwave guns, or something else altogether?
I will definitely write a follow up to this one afterwards.
