First of all, I'm sorry you had to go through that, especially losing your save. That definitely wasn't the experience I wanted people to have. I've added a global comment at the top of the page explaining in detail how the token system works, what affects your score, and why the rewards are calculated the way they are. I also asked everyone to share their thoughts on what they think would be a good balance, because I know my own perspective on difficulty is probably very different from most players.
As for the weapon slots bug, could you be a bit more specific about what happened? What exactly wasn't working, and how can I reproduce it? If I can reproduce the issue on my end, I'll do my best to fix it in the next update.
And as for where is the progression save stored, it's in the config file that has no extention, if you still have the old one that has the .ssvv extention, then delete it. The game should keep each progress when it updates now.
