I've equipped 2 ancient restrains and was wondering how to remove them and what the description means by (when powered)
You see the "Charge" bar above the weapon select section, under "Journal". When this bar is filled, the ancient restraints are powered
The ancient restraints can only be unlocked by using ancient keys, which can be found in Ancient vault. They are quite rare, so use them wisely

Thanks. Does the bar have to be completely full or just partially full
That bar doesn't need to be filled to full. Just partially filled is enough to make it work
And plus, to fill the "Charge" bar, consume the ancient crystal, or conjure display stand on a helpless enemy (yes you have to learn that spell to use it)
