Firstly i never said it was a false DMCA, in my mind, even tho something is legal doesn’t make it right morally, and i thought this was just an act of revenge after a personal disagreement, this was my initial thoughts on the matter before reading your part of the story, now after reading the document (honestly thought it was gonna be longer, thank god it went straight to the point) it sounds like you were fucked over and rightfully taking action, although one thing is missing from the document which i found strange, which is proof of the initial agreement of the financial amount promised, i mean in the second image it says you both agreed on 10k, but Derry denies that fact, and with this image alone i cant really say whos in the right and whos not.
