Okay I playtested the newest version and my honest review is here:
The game is way too buggy, everything you collect respawns in the same areas and they are entirely randomized. 0 gameplay. v.0.1.8-c
So this new version of the game has no stealth gameplay. Items you collect and save after might not actually save. Some will, but not all. Quests/missions of the game can be repeated everytime you relaunch the game or go to main menu. THere's only like 2 of them, items you pick up from city outside of the store will be locked on your body and can be removed with simple TAB and select them from the menu (most annoying part is finding them when you have many collected). There seems to be 2 casino enemies, but they bug out really fast and they active if they see you get any of the items in that place.
