there is a bug that says failed to initialize graphics and it wont let me play it

It is difficult to resolve the bug without a specific description of the situation and how it occurs...
Also, since the 'failed to initialize graphics' bug you mentioned is highly likely to be related to your computer's Direct X rather than the game itself, I do not think there is anything I can do for you.
In general, updating the graphics driver resolves the issue; When I experienced a similar issue, restarting the computer resolved it, but I am not sure if this solution will work for you. I apologize for not being able to be of greater help.
