Not op, but I was
I focused on getting the motivation level to 80 (once it get's there it seems to plateau) and doing 1 leisure time. After that I just did two of the option that increases knowledge and 1 leisure time (and like choosing to hang out with one of the teachers once or twice depending on your rep)
