Very impressive for having written your own engine! I think a timer would've helped the gameplay a little, to avoid having the user feel aimless after a while, but the game is still cool and I enjoyed my time with it.
Thank you for the comment! A timer is a good idea, but I plan to add enemies and pits to the gameplay.
