I think some optional expansions to the petition system would make a lot of us quite happy. I would love to see petitions allowing more and more nudity in more places around campus and the town. My dream in this game is to have a nudist character. Even if it's an optional toggle in the cheat menu if the devs don't want to strain the realism too much
