Note that it could be the file host provider that is injecting something in the zip that causes it to trigger - whether it is false positive or not. Did you try downloading the file yourself?
Gofile.io is one of the preferred file hosters. I just downloaded the PC version myself, unzipped and started the game. No Defender issues there. You can find the same version on my Patreon or on f95zone, maybe try that one, see what it does?
