Day 33, we are at lover stage. How do i/when can i touch her? and is where more stages? I remember asking her to walk around naked.

Are you playing the full version? You can touch Elara by pressing "T" to enter touch mode.
I'm aware the game it's a bit confusing right now, there is a bug regarding outfits and asking Elara to wear them. It will be fixed in the next patch.
