I keep seeing a mention of Rebecca in the other comment section and listed here about a return. All I remember is a filthy whore with the same name that was talking about pretty much being a putrid whore while groping Charlotte at the start, then later on she was a corpse lmfao. The maid who was groping Charlotte was Rachel, except it wasn't Rachel, Rachel was already dead. it was an Ancient in disguise.
Rebecca is a Countess and childhood friend of the MC. She will return briefly in the next chapter. She pretended to be a whore, to spend a weekend with the MC if you go down that branch and choose her. If you ended up there then you made the choices.
