As to the Acts, the intent is that they end when all the omen tokens have moved into the Island pool, yes. That said, for a bloodier Act 3 with the characters more exposed to violence, you could make the ending trigger on no tokens left in play. I think it’d also work!
just finished our final session. Holy toledo this has become an all time best experience for me. We were all surprised so many times with how the story evolved, all of which felt incredibly tense, immersive and dynamic. Would highly recommend everyone to make the time to play this game. I’m sure the Island will haunt my TTRPG memories for many years to come.
