Its a glitch Ive experienced a few times... use debug to start player slavery, choose the tentacle one, and you'll start laying. Then just use debug to end player slavery and return to the prison. It sucks that it's like that.
Ok but- How- Idk how to use any console commands etc...
You enable debug through settings a new box will appear near the quick save area
