I'll looked into this for you and it is a bug, The scaling of the renown is showing correctly as 16, The daybook is showing the raw figures, Lower leagues means renown isn't 1 for 1 so it should be showing the actual figure not the raw one,
But also the Patron should be scaling with those figures as well,
I'll get these into a hotfix to resolve them when the downloadable versions drop.
