Maybe you didnt check the android sdk and ndk when installing unity 2022? Trust me, in discord it will be easier to help

I've downloaded 2022 outside unity hub (in official unity site) and I only have JDK and NDK but not the SDK and I really need this 😭 i'm kinda homeless
