Go to the clipboard and with enough affection and lust, a tiny eye icon must appear on the top right corner of the clipboard.
That should make the clipboard dissappear and show her chest.
Click on her blouse and she allows you to fondle her boobs.
A tiny red heart on the bottom right corner starts filling up and when it does it gets all red and click on it.
It must trigger the fifth scene by the furniture where the coffee maker is.
