This is just awesome!
I love the fading effects, the movements from the doctor, the explosions! If I had to just make a tiny complaint on the visual department it is that it took me a while to understand why some blocks just disappeared, but yeah, the 1s just disappearing took me a while to guess. I'm slow lol.
Soundwise it's great, nice blasts, chill music. And the sound of the counter is also very exciting when you get those big combos.
I'm glad you made it so that the player has all the time in the world, it could get too hard otherwise and less people would get to see how awesome it is to make a huge combo!
