To open the decoration bag and tap the flower pot icon to open decor bag. Tap the decoration you want to add, under the name you can see where it can be placed. Go to that room and tap the decoration, tap "use" and tap the place have that decoration shape to add. To remove, hold that decoration (not in your bag) and choose the arrow icon
