Try downloading the new mod update and check the installation instructions. A section listing the recommended software for the mod installing has been added there. If you don't want to read it, then don't. I’m not forcing everyone to read the devlogs, but I’d recommend reading this one because this update brings major changes and new features.

Did you create a separate folder inside the 'mods' folder to move all the objects into? If not, just create another folder within the 'mods' folder and move all the mod's content there. The archive doesn't contain a nested folder anymore that you can simply move to the right path. I will revert to the old archive structure (with a nested folder inside) to avoid issues with installing the mod.
