Short and.. sweet? Maybe not so sweet? Short and sour..? Short and sober...?? Wait definitely not sober. Short and sharp maybe... and a little sweet. I think.

I like when you can tell a game was truly made with a lot of love and care. From very personal sentiments, to what I imagine is a VERY tedious way to make some beautiful sprites, to entire acoustic covers-- I can truly tell just how much thought was put into this, and I hope you know how tangible it feels! I enjoyed how interwoven Jess and Alice felt, being both a sisterly and coaxing and manipulating and stagnant and expressive relationship all at once. Also Ellie is ridiculously cute.

An amazing debut into the world of VNs and I sincerely look forward to your next one~

I think the flavor profile of the nasty gin + energy drink concoction jess made is a fun way to think of it. Sour and sharp and sweet. (though not very sober)

I like the sound of it being tangible! That's a nice way to put it. Yes, the acoustic covers and physical sprites created a lot more work for us. Re-recording covers, re-drawing + shooting + digitizing sprites definitely would have been easier if we did things all digitally.

Yay! Balancing Jess and Alice's relationship was a huge source of edits and rewrites to get it there.

It didn't fit into the story, but Ellie absolutely puts a drink on her head and tells people "for you, it's on the mouse!"
