I noticed that previously, version 0.2.1 was released, followed just four or five days later by 0.2.2; yet now, even though version 0.4.2 is out, it’s been six days without a 0.4.3 release. It was the same with the earlier versions, too
That was just because there were bugs reported. In semantic versioning x.y.z the z number is a patch release. Since there was no bugs reported to fix I didn't release a new patched version this time.
