The nuke ending is by far the easiest, if you want to come back and try it.
There are actually 3 unique ending screens, and the peace ending is the hardest to get (or... it was supposed to be... <_<).
I refer to the disclaimer again: this game is a work of fiction.
If you achieve peace in the game, then eternal world-wide peace reigns until the end of the universe (probably...).
