The dialogs were repeated on purpose due to the settings of the story, where those two people found bomb in their laboratory, and this event happened in every parallel universe, but those two people got different solution in different environment. Sorry for your confusion in level 3, but did you surround the bomb with all 8 boxes? Could you be more specific about what your situation is in level 3?
