Not really sure what you're meant to do. What are the sticks and shells for? There doesn't seem to be anything to do around the island? If you do walk around the goal seems to be just to hope the right things spawn that you need for food and water.
Also, if you just stand there and don't do anything stamina, water and food don't go down. You just win.
