Reading the other comments, my thoughts for helping people have more time to read the scenarios would be to pause the timer when a new scenario pops up but hide the options until the player clicks a show options button, then start the timer. Then people would have more time to read but still be pressed to respond quickly. Not sure if that would help, just an idea
