My fictional station operated out of the Museum of Lost Umbrellas, a recurring setting from my dream journal, and the game gave me plenty of room to weave that personal bit of mythology into the broadcast.

What surprised me was how effortlessly the game maintains momentum. It was tricky to decide on a station call sign, but once I decided that and who the host would be, the game flowed. Every prompt naturally drove the story (and playlist) forward, so instead of stopping to think, “what now?,” I was busy looking up songs, humming and singing aloud, following the rhythm of the broadcast. Two hours passed by before I realized I was done. I didn’t record anything aloud; instead I typed a transcript.
