Here's the idea... Look for Treachery, a game by Mike Singleton, been published in Cmputer & Video Games 1983-03. It is a true masterpiece, worth remaking and making it network-aware.

I believe you know who Mike was, that makes that type-in game twice a jevel, made by a legend of Spectrum scene.
Of course... Lords of Midnight and Doomdarks Revenge... didn't he do Dark Sceptre too? Not my sort of game but beautiful HUGE sprites.
I think he passed away fairly recently too
