I like your game, so i have a few ideas about the transformation points, there are a few choices where a transformation point should be applied.
-joining the fasion club on day 3
-doing yoga at the gym on day 6
-truth or dare at jessica's after cheerleading when trying on the floral dress on day 12
-day 18 when clothes shopping, there should be transformation points for when trying on bras and the goth outfit
-day 19 has a few spots for transformation points, choosing to feel disappointed that you can't wear your new feminine clothes, saying you like cheerleading, if you decide to put on make up
-day 20 when the "other side" scene happens when picking, "she's who i want to be" should be a transformation point.
When the upper body points become available, can always get the upper body done before the lower body becomes available, but still leaves the face and head not finished with transformations still available.
these are the one's that i can think of, i'm sure other people have there own ideas about the transformation points.
Have a concern about the money system, there are only a couple of areas where you can earn money through the job, but there is hardly anyway for the job to come into the story.
