I've been waiting for an update with others in their discord but it's been crickets after a vague post :

Other than that, people have connected it to an artist making a very vague claim (not mentioning the game or dev studio by name) that A game had copied their art. People are waiting for the dev studio to say more but it's been very quiet and disappointing.
