Wow this was so fun! I like the idea for the playground at the end it helps have some sandbox movement fun! Also the animations for the player were soo cute! hes so silly! I will say the camera was a bit snappy and the movement was a bit unresponsive at times but I still had a blast. Also I will say ~~my favorite tech in this game was slide+jump it's so much of a cool boost! And then Slide+Jump+Boost is awesome lol! Great Job!! I had so much fun! (Ps. I did beat your game <3)

Aww thank you very much for checking my game!

The camera was hard to play around and polish, i tried a little bit but its far from smooth. And the unresponsive movement, well the input is not but the weird movement mostly came from the fact that there is no coyote time, slide animation determines the length of your slide and not your input, there is a pivot mechanic that i thought would be cool to add but sometimes it restricts people that often press opposite directional input to not fall off a ledge.

Also congrats! You discovered 1 out of 4 special tech! Didn't get to use any for the level though, but did you know that you can hold slide in mid air to dive down? Anyway thanks for beating my game!

Yes! I did see the sliding in mid-air brings me down! I didn't try it in my optimizations of each level though because I kept messing up and shooting into a spike lol. And yeah I did notice there was no coyote time either, but tbh I played a lot of rage game platformers who purposely don't include that so it wasn't much of an issue for me lol. What are the other 2 special tech? i'm curious, I may have noticed them but didn't think much of it during my time trials lol. But you did very great on this game its so fun!

Most of the tech are accidental but the intentional one is that you can chain slide jump with dive kind of like wavedash in celeste (that's what the dive is for), the other one is pivot boosting which you just slide then press opposite direction and loop (pivot conserves speed and convert it to the opposite direction) until you reach max possible speed. Last one is just reverse slide boost (basically slide boost but you hold opposite direction on the jump) it makes you go backwards in an instant.

Ahh I think i've done a few of them before, thats awesome!! Also tech is usually accidental lol, I rmbr once I was making a small platformer for my friends with a bomb explosion movement mechanic  (You drop a bomb and it explodes boosting you, It was actually really consistent surprisingly) I didn't have a wall jump or climb at the time and was planning on adding it, until I realized you can scale walls by hugging it and spamming the bomb button lol cuz the hitbox would accidentally stick to the wall lol, I kept it made it easier and turned it into a game mechanic, my friends loved it! :)
