thankyou playing. what do you mean deposit instead of standing near it?? are you suggesting some extra work for depositing? like pressing something after going near it??
was referring to the orbs that enemies drop that the player picks up, i think needing to have orbs to give to the tree would incentivize you to move away from it once it reaches max level and not just sit by it so the countdown doesnt go down
