I feel like i am missing strange gems i am only at level 4and a half in the boys stall is there more gems i am missing also what happened to the janitor closet in the hall I can't go in there and I swear there was a point where you could get in
Nope. There's never been a point you could get in there. I think you can get to a higher level for the alter though. We have a find list on the discord.
