I started to understand it after losing a few games, but basically, there are cards that go after other cards, cards that should only be used at the beginning and end like Wave. If you have bad cards on your hand that don't combo with anything, then redraw, but that costs you time. The candle that symbolizes your time has 10HP so you need to think about reaching the required Glory score and mind the time left. But I understand not every kind of game clicks with everyone so no worries!
