Incredible concept!
One request if possible:
Would it be possible to keep turning if you hold down either mouse click? Instead of having to repeatedly click for multiple turns? Because as is, the game is pretty taxing on the joints.
Using the mouse wheel to move the wheelchair is ingenious, so I'm happy to tolerate it even though it hurts :)
