I bugged into a wall by a hook after unlocking everything and i couldn't use any item while inside the wall :<
That had happened to me a few times during testing, and I thought I got rid of it, but I guess I just made it less likely :(.
Do you remember what spot it happened at? It mostly happened to me on the right side portion at the top.
it happened on the left side after that long rocky dig down (the first hook after collecting the first chest)
