It’ll definitely run; I’m 12 and my game is working perfectly—you just have to configure it. Itch.io can be a bit tricky, but I managed to upload mine without any issues. It also depends on your engine—whether it exports to Windows or native HTML5; GameMaker Studio 2 does that for free.
