I tried to win, but was completely unable to launch enough satellites of any kind to cause Kessler Syndrome. It was fun trying, though, so there's that.
Thanks for playing! I wanted to have Kessler Syndrome represented but it wasn’t really working for the gameplay so I balanced it the other way, though apparently overcompensated :D
