I went back and skipped the second one and the rest of the game is also really good!
But I still have no idea what to do in the second one. Like are you supposed to make a sequence starting from 0 on any line?

The rules of the Second Puzzles are to make things into pairs. And get as many number 6 depending on the dots up above.
Most number when not in a pairing neighbour becomes a 0. For the exception number 4 that becomes a Q (Quantom/Blocking Number)
The Combination of Parings, first number is the one you press on.
0, 0 => 0 ,1
1, 1 => 0 ,2
2, 2 => 0 ,3
3, 3 => 5 ,4
4, 4 => Q , 5
5, 5 => 0,6
