I honestly have no idea what to say, so here’s a Spaghetti Napolitan recipe instead:

Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 4 Japanese sausages (or hot dogs/ham), sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Parmesan cheese and hot sauce (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions (minus 1 minute). Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Push the ingredients to the side of the pan. Add ketchup directly onto the bare pan and let it simmer for about 1 minute to caramelize and reduce the acidity.
  4. Add the boiled spaghetti and milk into the pan. Toss everything well until the pasta is evenly coated in sauce.
  5. Plate it up, sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese, and add a dash of hot sauce if you like. Enjoy!
