Hey! Thanks for playing my game! I put a lot of time and effort into it (well, as much as I could anyway...)
I did draw a lot of inspiration from old NES-style games (like Megaman) and tried to put my own spin on it. I plan on adding additional planets, shop items, and other cool stuff once the jam ends (hopefully an update won't be too far off the voting deadline) so keep your eyes peeled for that if you're interested.
