Hey Macaroon, thanks for the comment and having a play of our game!
If you shoot the little grave stones you can find around the map with garlic you'll actually grow a restock point so you can refill on garlic. Though note all the chamber doors close when you restock to make exploration a little more tactical. We had a lot of wish list features like upgrading the amount of garlic you could carry but unfortunately never got implemented due to time constraints, but if we pick the game back up it's definitely something we'd love to flesh out more!
