Really sorry the level broke on you though. "Pressing down the button did nothing" is super useful feedback, and I want to track down what went wrong. If you have a minute, a couple of quick questions would help me pinpoint it:
Which level/room was it in? (the teaching level, or one of the later ones?) Was it the pressure plate on the ground you stood on, or a button you tried to press with a key? Roughly what were you trying to do when it didn't respond: break an ice block, open a door, trigger something else?
No worries at all if you don't remember the details, even a rough idea helps!
