yeah... a lot of those bugs are on us 😭 we ended up fixing one thing and accidentally breaking a few others along the way.
the good news is we've already been working on a big update that fixes a lot of the issues you mentioned (missing items, progression, interactions, disappearing weapons, etc.). it's available now, so pls make sure you've downloaded the latest build from the itch.io download page.
if you still run into any of these bugs on the newest version, let us know where it happened and we'll get it fixed asap.
