It’s quite an interesting gameplay halfway between turn-based tactical and in(finite) runner.

I played the WebGL at first and I had the music missing as well as sprites not looking sharp (probably a resolution issue, unlike the windows build which has a fixed window size) and some other bits missing like the background stars. But the game looked great on the windows build.

The mix between the turn-based gameplay and the time constraint as health worked pretty well, letting you rush when things were clear ahead but allow for small thinking pauses when needed. The art is great overall, I loved the boss’ pixel art and there’s some nice vfx too (on the windows build where they’re all displayed properly at least). However the spells’ icons aren’t very explicit as to what they do, and I had no idea what the last two were doing until I read the game’s description on itch. And the audio is the game’s weak side imo, as the music doesn’t fit the gameplay.

The spells were the last added feature and they definitely could have used a tutorial and some more love. Thank you for playing our game and taking the time to try the windows version ✨✨
