Now that I'm rereading your resources comment about syringes, just wanted to make sure you're not referring to the syringe notification bubble your partner shows. Because in that case, it's caused by low Strength, and you just have to train your digimon for it to be corrected. There's some food items like DigiAnchovy that also restore Strength. Hope this helps!
