Its to the right of the Bunny Girl's stage. Go to the left of the stage and there is a small pathway that will let you go behind the stage to go to the right where the coffee pot is.

With that I think the only things I haven't figured out how to do are fight Phobia as the final boss and fight the girls as the final boss
