Unfortunately, everything is already scheduled for the next release. 1.9 will be a big update for the extended game mod with progressions. We hope to add hands and penis customization to the vote for the next big one after.
I don't know yet about the date of the next public release, but for subscribers we deliver more frequent intermediate releases if you wish.
