This was remarkable! I was enamored with the visual design. Lovely lovely VN.
It's so frustrating, becoming so familiar with your body and its pain that it becomes like a lover, a fixture, an anchor. To know it but not know what is wrong with it, to feel insane and utterly dehumanized in the doctor's office, to just want to give up on doing anything with it at all.
The thought that zero percent is a normal amount of pain to have makes me want to scream.
That said, I have gotten back to exercising after taking a while off and it really does help with some things.
